By using ToolDock at tooldockworks.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

ToolDock offers free browser-based utilities: file conversion, document and image processing, text and data tools, temporary file transfer, and similar everyday tasks. Most tools run in your browser; no account is required to use them.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload, send or process content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), or that violates anyone's privacy.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its administration.
• We may close, flag or delete any transfer session or block access that violates these rules.

Your content

Files processed by local tools stay on your device and are your responsibility. Files sent through a transfer session are stored temporarily solely to deliver them to the recipient; you retain ownership. You are responsible for keeping transfer access codes safe — anyone with the code during the session window can download the files.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browser-based processing depends on your browser's capabilities, and results (especially media conversion and encoding) may vary between devices and browsers. We do not guarantee that any particular format, feature or tool will work in your environment, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolDock is not liable for any loss of data, files, profits or other damages arising from your use of the site. Always keep backups of important files before processing them.

Advertising

The site displays advertising (planned to be served by Google AdSense). Advertisements are third-party content; we are not responsible for their content or for transactions you enter into with advertisers.

Changes and contact
